Releasing our first open dataset
Early detection improves with data. So we are publishing the anonymised time series from our demo mesh in the Leipzig floodplain forest: gas concentrations, temperature, humidity and the computed risk level.
The dataset is meant for researchers training detection models, public agencies validating their own thresholds, and citizen-science projects. It ships with the same field definitions as the live ingest API.
If you build something with it, tell us — we would love to fold the findings back into the risk engine.
Funding for wildfire prevention: what forest owners can apply for
Many forest owners don't know that wildfire prevention is state-funded. We gathered the programmes across all 16 German states — and the honest route to funding early detection.
First demo mesh goes live in the Leipzig floodplain forest
A handful of solar nodes, one gateway, real readings — notes from our first deployment in the floodplain forest on our doorstep.
